An antique cut glass bowl plafonnier light with cast brass C-scroll hook mounts and original square cut chain. English, early 20th century/Edwardian. Crisply cut and bright glass, excellent quality. Cleaned and lightly polished mounts. Supplied with patinated 3 hooked ceiling plate (new, with earth, brass grommet, cordgrip) and screws and 1m fabric flex, cordgripped lampholder ( see image). Dimensions in inches/cms; 12″/31cm glass bowl diameter, 14.75″/37.5cm max diameter including hooks. 24″/61cm drop as is. 3.4kg.

An unusual pair of bubbled glass pendant light shades the inner glass layer being white (apart from the “bubbles”). Approx. mid century. UK origin.
