ANTIQUE IRON GOTHIC BENCH

An antique cast iron gothic church bench; the X-frame end supports with pierced trefoil decoration. English 19th century. Most likely from a church but could be well used indoors or out. The much later slats are sturdy but could be improved upon. Seen paired with a 19th century cast iron arched table base (sold separately). ANTIQUE IRON TABLE / CONSOLE BASE

An antique cast iron arched table or console base. English late 19th century. Heavy cast iron, perfect condition. Indoor or outdoor use. Sold as a base only (although it comes with a much later slatted top which is functional but not beautiful). Dimensions in inches/cms; Iron base is 64″/163cm wide x 25.75″/65.5cm tall x 18″/46cm deep at leg / floor level (and 16.25″/41.5cm deep at the top supports).
