ANTIQUE BRONZE MIRROR / PICTURE FRAME

An antique decorative pierced bronze mirror or picture frame with cartouche and leaf corners. It has it’s original stand for table setting and loop for hanging. 19th century. With an old foxed mirror plate. The back is missing some spring clips (still works). Dimensions in inches/cms; 17.75″/45cm tall x 14″/36cm wide. Aperture is 12.75″/32.5cm tall x 9″/23cm wide. BRASS MOUNTED ANTIQUE DRESSING MIRROR

A large antique faded gilt brass mounted oval double sided dressing / table/ toilet / bathroom mirror on a (probably lead) weighted circular stand stand. English,late 19th – early 20th century. Very heavy – 15.25kg. In good useable condition with original bevelled mirror plates. Missing the rotational locking screw (see close up image) but works well without. Dimensions in inches/cms; 31.25″/79.5cm; max height. 17.5″/44.5cm; max width. Base diameter; 7.5″/19cm. Mirror including frame is 14.5″/37cm wide x 18.25″/46.5cm tall. ANTIQUE SORCERER’S MIRROR

An antique 19th century so called “sorcerer’s mirror” with 25 witch busting ground roundels around the central cut glass “starburst” and surrounded by a garland with eight x eight petalled stylised daisy type flowers (Camomile?) no doubt helping to ward off evil spirits and helping in the purification of one’s own spirit. Mounted in original hand carved frame with wood back. Excellent condition. A humdinger. Dimensions in inches/cms; 15.25″/38.5cm (11″/29cm frame aperture). 1.125″/3cm deep. 2.1kg.
