A set of 10 conical opal / opaline glass shade pendant lights with good quality chromed brass caps/ mounts (original). English 1920s -30s. Great condition.Cleaned and polished. These are hanging pendant lights but could be changed to ceiling / surface mount if needed. Three have been rewired with 1.25m fabric flex and have new BC lampholders and nickel plated brass codgrips. Others to be supplied similarly or with a different colour flex. An antique set of wrought iron and faded gilt brass Arts & Crafts shade mounts/lights with three scrolled segments around a central stem adorned with cut brass leaves. There is a matching pair which also come with their original cut leaf ceiling plates / roses (black slotted fixing screws supplied with these and a similar one with steel decorative outer leaves rather than brass (this one doesn’t have a leaf “canopy or ceiling rose / plate.. One of the pair retains it’s original brass & wood cordgrip. The other two have replacement brass cordgrips. All three are paired with antique handblown glass coolie shades. All approx same period; English c1900. All taken apart (as far as possible), thoroughly cleaned and rubbed up and clear (museum) waxed for protection and a slight sheen. The black paint is original.
