An antique desk lamp with a brass flexi stem, angle sided oblong base with original dark green “wrinkled” paint. Paired with a chromed brass period shell shade. English, c1940. Fully cleaned, lightly polished brass parts and (museum) waxed base. Rewired with 2.5m fabric flex (exposed), new push button swith and traditional phenolic plug. Adjustable with large wingnut, shade adjusts up and down. Ready to go; cleaned, new fabric to base, inside of shade T-cutted/rubbed up and clear (museum) waxed, completely rewired with new BC lampholder, 2.5m (exposed) dark brown fabric flex and phenolic 3amp plug.
