ANTIQUE IRON TABLE / CONSOLE BASE

An antique cast iron arched table or console base. English late 19th century. Heavy cast iron, perfect condition. Indoor or outdoor use. Sold as a base only (although it comes with a much later slatted top which is functional but not beautiful). Dimensions in inches/cms; Iron base is 64″/163cm wide x 25.75″/65.5cm tall x 18″/46cm deep at leg / floor level (and 16.25″/41.5cm deep at the top supports). SHIPS TABLE

An unusual old ships / boats/ yachts table with a mahogany drop leaf top and maple trestle ended base and an iron stretcher. A very usefull size (see dimensions below) with three depth options allowing a multitude of uses including beig stowed / used as a side table Alterations; maybe a marriage, originally the top (probably earlier) tilted ( see brass mechanism). Quality timbers. Approx mid century and earlier. Overall good sturdy condition, odd scratch and mark to the top but not rough. Dimensions in inches/cms; 29.5″/75cm tall. 72.25″/183.5cm wide. PYLONESQUE IRON TABLE

A vintage “pylonesque” iron table with a custom thick fossilized stone top. French approx mid 20th century.
In very good condition, top in excellent condition. Strong and sturdy, riveted construction (some later reinforcement welds – not prominent).
Fully rubbed up and waxed (museum microcrystalline clear wax).
Dimensions in inches/cms;
Stone top is 33.5″/85cm x 21.5″/55cm (the same dimensions as the legs at floor level). Stone thickness is 1.75″/ Height with stone is 33″/84cm.

MAHOGANY COACHING TABLE

An antique mahogany “coaching table” with chamfered folding legs and turned stretchers. A good quality one with a lovely figured top. In excellent condition; i don’t think this one has seen much travel! English, c1850. Dimensions in inches/cms; Top is 36″/91cm wide by 19.25″/49cm deep by approx. 0.5″/1.8cm thick. 28.5″/72.5cm tall.
