MAHOGANY COACHING TABLE

An antique mahogany “coaching table” with chamfered folding legs and turned stretchers. A good quality one with a lovely figured top. In excellent condition; i don’t think this one has seen much travel! English, c1850. Dimensions in inches/cms; Top is 36″/91cm wide by 19.25″/49cm deep by approx. 0.5″/1.8cm thick. 28.5″/72.5cm tall. A large antique “double deep” wrought iron wine rack of rivetted construction by Burrows. English c1900. Capacity of 238 bottles (119 front, 119 behind). Original brackets enable it to be screwed to a wall. The original somewhat faded enamel makers plate is clearly visible rivetted on and reads BURROWS PATENT SLIDER LONDON & MALVERN.
