A set of four Holophane prismatic globe hanging lights. Approx 1940s. Great quality crisply cast glass satin etched to the inside. Good colour and quality aluminium gallery mounts. The original aluminium stems have been cut down and Wichard self locking stainless steel shackles fitted for hanging; in this case with wire to give a very sleek look. They can be hung this way or with chain. Rewired with 1.5m fabric flex. They retain their original GES porcelain lampholders and are supplied with ceramic adaptors for use with standard ES bulbs. The lit photos are mainly with a cooler (4200K) bulb but their is also an image with a regular/warmer (2700K) bulb.
