PAIR CONCAVE PYRAMIDAL BRASS TABLE LAMPS

An antique pair of cast brass table lamps with square shafts and spreading concave pyramidal bases. English, approx. 1920s-30s. Heavy one piece seamless brass or bronze castings. Originally gilt, now faded, one more so. Very high quality, unusual lamp bases. I have collected a handful of these in the last decade or so..maybe they were made for a ship or…? Rewired with 3m fabric flex, patinated safety-switched lampholders, 3amp traditional phenolic plug. Original grommets / guides to bases. New quality fabric to bases. Pat tested.
